I just wanted to send another thank you for how quick you guys responded to my problem with the tight radius curves yesterday.

We finished that job today, and as I was packing up the trailer when my customer came up to me and handed me the check and told us that our curbing was like his first tattoo. Once he got the first one he had to have some more done. He was so happy with the work that he said we will be back before the end of summer to do the rest of his yard. His wife pulled up just before I was getting ready to leave and her comment was: “ we have lived here for 6 years and done a lot of improvements to our home but this is by far the best improvement we have made! Thank you so much, it is beautiful!”

I really enjoyed getting the check ….and to have a customer that was that excited about what we had done, made my day! That job came out so well because you guys responded to my question so quickly!

I have to let everyone there know that the equipment is working great!! Another thing that has helped with our success is the support that I get when I call TYGAR and speak to someone there. My calls have been few but when I called I got help immediately, Thanks to all of the TYGAR team for the help.

I was first introduced to the curbing industry at the Expo in Louisville, Kentucky in 2005. I visited with 3 curbing companies there and after a couple of visits with each one after the show, I was much impressed with the honesty and openness of the guys from TYGAR.
